How do I know which size to order?
We recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for jackets and structured pieces. You are always welcome to email us with your measurements and we will advise personally.
Where are Averro pieces made?
Our pieces are sourced from manufacturers across the United Kingdom and Europe, selected for their commitment to traditional production methods and quality of finish. Every supplier is personally vetted by James.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days. Express next-day delivery is available. International orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer an in-house alterations service, but we are happy to recommend trusted tailors in your area. A well-fitted garment is worth the small additional investment — simply ask us.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are restocked seasonally. Others are retired permanently. If you are interested in a sold-out item, contact us — we will let you know if a restock is planned or suggest an alternative.
How should I care for my Averro pieces?
Please refer to our Care Guide for detailed instructions by garment type. Care labels on each item also provide specific guidance.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store card details. You can also checkout via PayPal or Apple Pay.
