Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@averro.co.uk with your order number
- We will send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Drop off at any Royal Mail location
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email at each stage.
